-Watch tutorials from producers you like or have a good consistent workflow. You will learn lots of different ways of working.
-One hour blocks of work without phone or any external distractions. Do this as much as you can and really stick to it.
-Start with elements other than the drums. Elements that would stand out to someone, ie, a nice melody or a vocal. Mixing up the way you work is good for getting out of being uninspired.
-Use a reference track and try to get as close to the reference as possible. This can really get you back on track of what you are trying to produce. The more you do this, the better your work flow might become.
-Screen record yourself making the track. This gives the feeling of someone watching and this can be a great way to force yourself to get your track finished. You can also spot negative patterns you might be doing when producing easier.
